School has traditionally taught with books and on paper, but in recent years, teaching has shifted from in-person to online/remote methods.

This shift is largely attributed to COVID-19, which changed the education system completely. Schools shut down for everyone's safety, in-person teaching was not possible. • Freedom to learn whenever the students want.
  A student can study whenever they want using online methods of learning, pre-recorded lectures help in this aspect of learning.
   
• Being able to learn wherever the student might be.
  In-person teaching requires the students to be present in the same room to study, but online learning doesn't.
   
• Learning without geographical bounds.
  In continuation to the last point, a student can learn various subjects and attend classes that interest them regardless of their location.
   

With hybrid learning, students get the in-person experience and the advantages of the online learning methods. Hybrid learning allows students to study with what they feel comfortable doing. Having options for the ways they study makes learning easier and efficient. Hybrid learning is good for a student's mental health as it provides a student with the choice of choosing their preferred method of learning.
