This refund policy applies to all courses and subscriptions offered by Flambeau Education Private Limited as its brand SkillingYou, considering the terms and conditions below.
A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
1- The course or subscription has not yet begun.
2- The course or subscription has been defective or misrepresented.
3- The course is not able to run on customers' mobile apps due to technical glitches.
4- The student has enrolled in the wrong course due to buying mistake.
5- If the SkillingYou team is not able to provide the solution to the customer to learn and execute the course as per the plan.
6- In the case where we have not received the fee, pending with the bank, any dispute, or any pending payment between the bank and customer, will not be refunded until we have received it in our bank account.
To request a refund, the student must submit a written request to SkillingYou within 07 days of the purchase date. The request must include the following information:
1- The student's name and contact information (Mobile used during the making of the payment).
2- The course or subscription that is being refunded
3- The reason for the refund request
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. SkillingYou reserves the right to accept or deny any refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the decision to grant a refund.
Once the requested refund is accepted, the payment refund will be processed by the payment gateway, which was used by the customer. This may take 7-10 days or more as per the banking policy, No cash will be given in refund for any course or action.
